1. Eligibility: Our return policy applies to products purchased directly from Ciel's official website or authorized retail channels. Products purchased from third-party sellers are subject to their respective return policies.
2. Return Period Customers have a period of 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for unwanted products.
3. Condition of Returned Products: Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Products that have been used, damaged, or altered may not be eligible for a refund.
